This guide shows you how to perform a hard reset on your Htc Surround. By doing this hard reset, you will clear all data from your phone and return your Surround back it to its factory settings.

• Power off your phone, if frozen remove the barttery and place it back in the phone.
• Press and hold the Volume Up & Volume Down keys while holding the Power Button until you see the HTC logo appear, followed by a white screen with blue text.
• Press the Volume Down key and the phone will perform the factory reset.
• Press the Volume Down key again and it will restart your phone bringing you to the home screen.
