Sony revealed the Playstation 4 at their event last week with cell phones and games as the centerpiece. Microsoft and Nintendo have been pushing the mobile aspect of gaming lately, Microsoft more than Nintendo. With Nintendo’s WiiU using their tablet controller to play your full games anywhere in the house, and the Xbox’s Microsoft Smartglass enabling you to control the system on your cell phone, the key word here is integration. Sony, of course, didn’t ignore this ongoing trend and are pushing their own version of integration, but does it go far enough and what does it really mean for a consumer?

It’s not just one singular person, but the data does show that it only takes a select few to send those paved roads into utter chaos.

It seems nothing is slowing Samsung down after it surpassed Nokia in cellphone sales just a year ago. Samsung, who has been ahead of Apple in the smartphone marketshare, has lengthened it’s lead over the supposed smartphone giant. With the massive success of the Samsung Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Note 2, it’s no surprise that they have had massive success. But just how much success have they been having? And what companies are biting at their heels besides Apple?

It’s no secret I am kind of cheering the Windows 7 phone line along. I don’t actually own one, but I am intrigued by Nokia’s big push and sleek phone designs along with a rather sleek new Windows interface. Not to mention integration with my computer and Xbox. So far it hasn’t proven itself to me yet, but it seems it has proven itself to some analysts who make a living off of cellphone business guesswork.
